I’m Patrick Smith, DC—Evergreen resident, husband, father of three, and the chiropractor who’s got your back. After years in Denver, I moved my practice to Evergreen to offer chiropractic care that’s straightforward, effective, and built for real life.
I built this practice on a principle I live by: Offer the same level of care I’d expect for myself. That means quick, effective adjustments—no gimmicks, no upselling. Just chiropractic, the way it was meant to be.

Judge Family Chiropractic. Upon graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic I accepted an associate position with friend and mentor Dr. William Judge who took over a family practice in 1981 that was founded by his father Dr. James Judge in 1953. It was this practice that provided my foundation to practice chiropractic only not watered down with other modalities.
Spinal Health & Rehab. Private practice specializing in the rehabilitation of the spine with a focus on chiropractic. While rewarding, the mountains were calling, and a move to Colorado, along with the sale of the practice. It was time to launch ChiroPatrickDenver and get back to my favorite way to practice. 100% chiropractic.
ChiroPatrickDenver was formed during a year-long exit from Illinois. I had always envisioned a chiropractic office that’s sole focus was chiropractic. It was time launch my vision of what a chiropractic office should be -- one that offered the same level of care I sought for myself and provided for my family. Denver was a wonderful practice. While hard to say goodbye to Denver, it was easier while saying hello to ChiroPatrickEvergreen.
ChiroPatrickEvergreen. The culmination of 20 plus years of experience, visions, and dreams. The Evergreen practice, originally an extension of Denver, aims to provide chiropractic for our wonderful town.
